Rental rates, weight allowances, availability and delivery windows are confirmed only in a written quote issued for your specific address and project. Orders are governed by the rental agreement provided at the time of booking, which controls in the event of any conflict with this website.
Quote form submissions
The quote form on this site is an inquiry tool. Submitting it does not create a rental agreement, reserve equipment or confirm a delivery date. A rental exists only after EverPoint Rentals confirms it directly with you.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the placement location, obtaining any required permits for public right-of-way placement, keeping debris level with the container's top rail, keeping prohibited materials out of the container, and any damage resulting from placement at a location the customer directed.
Prohibited materials
Placing hazardous, regulated or otherwise prohibited materials in a container may result in rejected loads, additional charges and liability under applicable law. See our prohibited items guide.
